Otis Samuels obtained a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos in 1998 and worked as a trainee engineer with the Nigerian Gas Company (A subsidiary of NNPC, Chevron /SPDC joint venture) between 1997 and 1998. While as undergraduate Engr. Samuels research involved in dept. study of Natural Gas Gathering in Niger-Delta Oil rich swamps using the Nigerian Gas Company (NGC) as a case study. source of fuel for cars in Nigeria. His other academy projects include a feasibility study of the viability of compressed Natural Gas (CNG) as an alternative Mr. Otis Samuels has a master’s degree in Business Information Technology (MSC BIT) from Middlesex University London in 2005 and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Guildhall College London.
